The website is really simple to figure out and the app works fine for the most part. Every now and then some pages take a little longer to load, which is kinda annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall it’s been a good experince and I’d keep using it.

I had a complaint about it and, to be honest, I was expecting it to be a whole thing. But they sorted it out without much hassle and got a replacement sent to me quickly, so that was good in the end.

"Fresh and really tasty cake"
I ordered a cake from igp.com for my sister’s birthday, and thankfully it arrived on time. I was a little unsure at first since it was for a special day, but the delivery went smoothly.
The cake was fresh, soft, and the cream tasted really nice. It wasn’t overly sweet, which everyone liked, and most of us ended up going for a second slice. The only small thing is that it looked just slightly different from the photo, but nothing major.
The packaging was neat and the cake was in good condition when it arrived. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would probably order from them again

"It was okay, but not amazing"
The cake looked nice overall, but the flowers just felt kind of dull to me. I dunno, for the price, I expected it to look a bit more special. Not really worth paying full price, honestly.

"Packaging was honestly really good"
I ordered from igp.com and I was actually happy with how the package arrived. The box looked neat, everything felt safe and well packed, and nothing was damaged at all. The gift inside was properly secured too, which was a relief. I feel like good packaging makes such a difference, right? Overall, it was a really nice experience.

I ordered from igp.com expecting the gift to arrive in the morning, but it only showed up late in the evening. The gift itself was nice and packed properly, so no complaints there. But if a company gives a delivery expectation, it’s only fair to either stick to it or at least keep the customer updated. The delay was disappointing, especially when timing matters for a gift. Not a terrible experience, but they definitely need to be more responsible with communication. Giving 3 stars for now.

I ordered a birthday gift from igp.com the price felt fair compared to a few other sites I checked. The delivery charge was a little extra, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but it still worked out okay in the end. The product looked nice when it arrived and didn’t feel cheap or anything, so I’d say it was good value for money. Not absolutely perfect, but I’d probably use them again...

"Delivered Where Others Conveniently Couldn’t"
I used igp.com because they actually delivered to my cousin’s area, which was a pleasant surprise since most other sites apparently decided that place doesn’t exist. The pincode check was easy enough, and the delivery dates were shown clearly, so at least that part didn’t turn into a guessing game.
The order also arrived on time, which I appreciated. My only little complaint is that nearby areas seemed to have way more options than mine, because of course they did. Still, overall it was a good experience

The flowers were really fresh and looked lovely when they arrived. I actually set them on my kitchen table, which reminded me I need to reorganize that whole area one of these days, but anyway, they really brightened up the room. Simple, pretty, and just what I was hoping for.

"Accurate tracking, but could be a bit more detailed"
I ordered a gift from igp.com the tracking was accurate. The updates came through properly and the delivery time was almost exactly what they had shown, so I didn’t have to keep calling or wondering where my order was. That part was really smooth. The only thing I’d say is that some updates felt a little basic, and it would’ve been nicer to see a bit more detail at each step. Still, overall it was a good experience and I was happy with the delivery.

"Refund took a little longer than expected"
I ended up having to cancel my order. Stuff happens. The refund did come through eventually, so that was fine, just not as fast as I was hoping. I reached out to support and they did reply, which I appreciated, but it took a bit. Not a terrible experience or anything. Just felt like the whole process could’ve been a little smoother...

"So many nice options!"
I liked how much variety IGP.com has... flowers, cakes, plants, gift combos, all of it in one place. I wasn’t too sure what to send at first, but I ended up finding something nice quickly! It definitely makes gifting easier when there are so many choices.

I ordered a mug from IGP.com with a name and a small photo on it, it turned out better than I was expecting. I was a little unsure about the spelling and placement, but both seemed to be done correctly.
The photo print was fairly clear too, though the colors looked slightly darker than the picture I had uploaded. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just something I noticed when I looked at it closely.
Overall, I’m happy with the mug and it worked well as a gift. The personalization was accurate, which was the main thing for me. Giving it 4 stars because the finishing could probably be a little better.

"Mostly accurate order, just wish the packing was better"
I ordered flowers and a cake from igp.com, and I was a bit stressed because I didn’t have time to arrange anything else if it went wrong. Kind of felt trapped waiting and hoping it all showed up correctly. Thankfully, the flowers and cake matched what I had picked, and the name on the cake was correct too. Delivery was fine as well. I’m giving 4 stars only because the packing could’ve been a little better, but overall the order was accurate.
